Our car thermoformed mudguard, also known as splash guard and mud flap, is a practical exterior protective part tailored for new energy vehicles, electric sightseeing cars, engineering vehicles, patrol cars and modified vehicles. Adopting heavy gauge vacuum forming technology in our Foshan factory, this mudguard perfectly blocks mud, sand and water splashing while delivering flexible shock resistance and long outdoor service life.We use high-toughness modified ABS and weather-resistant thick sheets for integral vacuum forming. Different from ordinary rigid plastic mudguards, our thermoformed version features excellent flexibility and bending resistance. It can be freely twisted without cracking, and maintains good toughness even in low-temperature environment, avoiding brittle fracture in cold winter. The thickened sheet structure enhances impact resistance against stone collision and road debris abrasion.This thermoformed mudguard is formulated with UV anti-aging and weather-resistant ingredients, adapting to all-weather outdoor use. It resists strong sunlight fading, rain corrosion and high-low temperature alternating climate, keeping stable shape and toughness for years. Effectively blocking muddy water, gravel and dust splashing, it protects car paint, wheel hubs, brake systems and chassis parts from contamination and scratch, reducing daily cleaning and maintenance costs.We support full personalized customization for all vehicle mudguards. Custom overall size, radian curvature, mounting hole position, edge shape and thickness are all available. Matte textured surface, black finish and customized color spraying can match the whole vehicle style.
