We provide all-round non-standard OEM vacuum forming customization service for general thermoformed plastic shells.

Our factory does not produce or sell any standard off-the-shelf plastic shells. All products are 100% tailor-made according to customers’ 3D drawings, 2D sketches, physical samples and application scenarios. We offer one-stop turnkey service: structural design, aluminum mold making, thick sheet vacuum forming, 3/5-axis CNC trimming, bonding, polishing and surface spraying.
This general custom plastic shell covers almost all industries: industrial equipment, medical facilities, beauty salon furniture, sports machinery, public sanitation facilities, electronic instruments, new energy supporting parts and special customized outer covers. We are good at manufacturing large-size curved shell, deep cavity structure, irregular special-shaped shell and integrated wrapping housing that cannot be easily made by injection molding.

We support full personalized customization in every detail: overall dimension, curved radian, wall thickness, reserved vent/interface/mounting holes, edge shape and surface treatment. Optional finish: matte, frosted, grain texture, custom color spraying and hard coating.
