Our transparent polycarbonate boat, also known as crystal clear kayak, is a premium leisure water craft made of imported high-transmission PC sheet by heavy gauge vacuum forming. With crystal clear hull, streamlined one-piece structure and excellent floating stability, it is widely used for scenic lake sightseeing, resort water projects, wedding photography, outdoor leisure kayaking and tourist attraction net-red punching projects.We adopt 100% virgin polycarbonate raw material with light transmission up to 90%, presenting fully transparent crystal texture like glass. Through large thick-sheet vacuum forming, the boat hull achieves integral seamless molding, smooth surface without water ripples, bubbles or impurities. Compared with glass and ordinary acrylic boats, our PC transparent boat features 250 times higher impact strength, lightweight design and no risk of shattering, ensuring safety during tourism and leisure use.This vacuum forming transparent boat has outstanding marine environmental adaptability. Added with UV anti-aging formula, it resists long-term sunlight exposure, avoiding yellowing, fogging and brittleness. The material is saltwater corrosion resistant, suitable for lake, river and coastal calm water areas. Excellent toughness buffers collision with rocks and shore edges, not easy to crack or deform. Lightweight hull is easy to launch, drag and store, saving labor and daily maintenance cost.We support full personalized customization for transparent boats. Custom overall length, width, hull radian, seating layout and wall thickness are all available. Surface options include full transparent, frosted translucent, tinted blue/grey gradient and anti-slip bottom treatment.
