Unlike mass-standard trays, this model is specially designed for product R&D, prototype testing, new project trial production and small-batch customized demand, becoming a cost-effective choice in our large scale vacuum forming product lineup.We use high-quality versatile plastic sheets such as ABS, PP and PC as raw materials, completed by integrated one-piece thermoforming vacuum forming molding. The tray retains high-strength toughness, lightweight structure, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance. It is easy to cut, modify and adjust in the later stage, perfectly matching the frequent design changes in the product development stage. Smooth surface, easy to clean and reusable for multiple rounds of sample testing.The biggest advantage of this series is low mold cost and fast delivery. Compared with injection molding, our vacuum forming mold cost is only 1/10 of the traditional mold, with shorter opening cycle. It is very suitable for customers who need rapid verification of new product structure, size and assembly effect. We support personalized customization of any size, internal partition, depth and color.
