Thermoformed Acrylic Dome
Our thermoformed acrylic dome is made of premium optical-grade PMMA acrylic sheet via precision vacuum forming. Designed into full round dome, arched dome and large curved dome shapes, it serves as ideal solutions for building skylights, lighting lamp covers, instrument protective housings, exhibition display domes and outdoor equipment rainproof shields. Featuring ultra-high light transmission and perfect arc integrity, it balances beautiful appearance, light transmission performance and long-term safety protection.We adopt high-purity cast and extruded acrylic raw materials with up to 93% visible light transmittance. Professional thick-sheet vacuum forming realizes one-piece seamless dome molding, with uniform wall thickness, no water ripples, bubbles or impurities on the surface. Compared with glass and blow-molded domes, our thermoformed acrylic dome has better roundness, higher impact resistance and lighter weight. It is not easy to shatter, safer for high-altitude installation and public space use.This acrylic dome excels in outdoor weather resistance and aging resistance. Added with UV stabilizer, it effectively resists long-term sunlight exposure, avoiding yellowing, fogging and embrittlement for years. It withstands rain erosion, wind pressure and high-low temperature alternation, maintaining stable transparency and structural toughness all year round. The smooth surface is dustproof, easy to clean and low in maintenance cost, suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor operation.We support full personalized custom for all styles of acrylic domes. Custom dome diameter, arc height, edge flange size, wall thickness and mounting reserved holes are available. We provide clear transparent, frosted translucent, tinted gray/blue and customized color options. Surface can be anti-scratch hardened, anti-fog coated and UV enhanced.
